Through intentional vocabulary, aligned movement, scent rituals, and curated prompts, this experience I designed to re-center your voice and your focus.

About the Host
👋 Bonjour, I’m Cécile.
I was born in Belgium, raised in French, and trained in a few things around holistic health (after I left the corporate world): Ayurveda, Yoga, Coaching, and creative movement.
Initial Source is the fusion of everything I love — French language (that I have now be teaching for 4 years), scent (I worked 10+ years in the fragrance and beauty industry), poetry, and awakening.
These circles are my way of inviting you to pause, feel, and become the creator of your own rhythm.
No grammar. No overwhelm. Just beauty, clarity, and creative sparks.
